Custom pieces are typically ready in 7 - 10 working days depending on complexity and finish. Standard collection items ship within 1-2 days. You'll receive a confirmed timeline when your order is placed.
Absolutely. Our artisans can work from your sketches, mood boards, or simply a description. Use the Custom Order form and we'll schedule a consultation call within 48 hours.
Yes. For most pieces you can pay a 50% deposit to reserve your order, with the balance due before delivery. Full payment options are also available.
All Tropikana furniture carries a 6 months craftsmanship warranty. If a defect arises from our workmanship, we repair at no cost. Custom pieces are non-refundable once production begins.
Yes, We currently deliver to Lagos, Ibadan, and Osun State. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location. We'll be expanding to more locations very soon!
